Received the key and entering instructions after a phone call upon arrival, needs to be 24 hours prior to minimise stress

Location is the winner for this property, right on the water and the walking track and gets a great sunrise. Close to towns and food and lots of options on Uber Eats. Parking and check in was easy.
It was surface level clean but it needs a really deep clean, fans were dirty, walls dirty, windows dirty and cob webs all over, the mattress felt very cheap or in poor condition, the pillows were not good. The lounge was not very comfortable, like it was old and has lost support in the cushions. The kitchen was not stocked very well and it didn't feel charming like the ad describes, it felt like a permanent rental without any soul or creature comforts. The hedges in the garden also blocked out the view of the water which seemed like a real lost opportunity.
