Nestled into the bush on a quiet cul-der-sac that backs onto the Bouddi National Park, this is a nature lovers paradise. With only the birds to listen to as you sit on the NE sun drenched balcony with bay views, you can easily access the national park walking trails to Lobster Beach, Tallow Beach and Box Head. Walk, surf, abseil, mountain bike or just relax this neat and tidy two bedroom house with level access will delight! This home is also pet friendly (see pet policy below).

This house is very comfortable and the view is wonderful. Wagstaffe is probably among the best parts of the overpopulated central coast but many would forgive that for the views and access to the water.I found the stairs inside the house very challenging. One set has no railing to hold onto and the others to the laundry were very very steep. At 78 and with a weak left leg these were bordering on dangerous for me and I wish I had known before I spent over 2000 to stay there.It was also difficult with my dog because there were few places for her to walk or relieve herself, particularly given the threat of ticks, with or without tick protection, The standard of the house is very high in every other way and overall I was glad I had the experience, despite leaving a day early.

The property had everything we needed. Very peaceful great place to unwind. Lovely views and it was great exploring all the local beaches and cafes. We will definitely be back.
