Araluen Cottage is a charming original cottage, perfectly positioned directly across the road from Hardys Bay waterfront.
Full of character and old-fashioned charm, this property gives the feeling of a traditional family holiday house, with personal touches, original timber floorboards and a warm, homely atmosphere.
The cottage features open-plan living and a large balcony with stunning views across Hardys Bay - the perfect spot to relax, enjoy a morning coffee or unwind with family and friends.
Outside, there`s a large, grassed area and enclosed balcony, making it ideal for families, children and four-legged friends. The property also offers dual access with ample off-street parking.
With the waterfront just across the road, the Killcare shops and caf s within walking distance, and the Hardys Bay Club at the end of the street, it has everything you need for a relaxed coastal getaway.
Please note: The property is not fenced, so children and pets will need to be supervised outdoors.
*Large, covered balcony overlooking the bay with comfortable outdoor seating.
*Open plan living area with dining table to seat 6, smart TV, reverse-cycle air conditioning and gas heating, perfect for year-round comfort. The sofa bed can also be made up on request.
*The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need including a Aldi coffee machine, dishwasher, electric stovetop, and full-size fridge.
* Full internal laundry with washing machine and dryer
*Three spacious bedrooms, each with wardrobe space and two having access to the balcony. The master bedroom features a WIR, ensuite bathroom, ceiling fan and analogue TV.
*To the back of the property, there is a courtyard with gas BBQ, additional off-street parking (access via Heath Rd) and a large, grassed area. NOTE: Guests do not have access to the garage.
Strictly NO parties, functions, excessive noise, or additional visitors allowed, and no pets (unless authorised) or smoking permitted.
