Poolside Luxury is a beautifully presented, comfortable and elegant townhouse, conveniently located only metres away from the popular waterfront and ferry wharf in the picturesque town of Ettalong Beach. Ideal for familes and multi-generations with a chair inclinator installed providing disability access to upstairs if required.
Perfect for families or couples and small fur babies bursting with natural lighting, modern furnishings. Well located and only a few minutes’ walk to Ettalong Beach shops, cafes, cinema and eateries and a short drive to Umina Beach. Master bedroom has a king bed, air con, ceiling fan and built ins.
Bedroom 2 is located downstairs and has a queen bed, ensuite with shower, ceiling fan and built-ins and bedroom 3 has a king single bunk bed with a pull out trundle bed for a third child, ceiling fan and built ins.
Street level access on Whiting St is ideal for prams, the elderly, or people with mobility issues.

It was a short stay of two nights to visit other family members living in the area. The property was suitable for our need and comfortability.Looking forward to going back again in three days for another three nights stay before heading home. The host was very professional and easy to deal with.Will come back again in the future when opportunity arise.

Beautifully appointed 2 storey townhouse style unit with all the comforts of home. All in a prime location which meant we hardly used our car with all the area has to offer within a short stroll. Patrick was an excellent host checking in on us at different times to ensure our stay was smooth. Wouod deifintely stay again. Cheers
