Nice for one-night stop, needs some modernization

Spacious apartment. Easy access, good WiFi and nice wel-equipped kitchen.

The apartment needs some modernization. The shower does not work well, the windows were not clean and curtains were missing, shutters did not work well. Potentially very warm.Location is not very exciting.

Bei Ankunft bis hin zum nächsten Abend war die Wohnung sehr kalt. Die Fenster müssten erneuert werden.

Nette Wohnung

Tolle Lage, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe. Ausstattung in der Küche super.Betten waren bequem. Es waren Gesellschaftsspiele vorhanden. Zuvorkommende und nette Kommunikation. Vielleicht Dank für die Aufmerksamkeit bei der Ankunft.

Bei der Ankunft war kein Toilettenpapier vorhanden. Wenigstens eine Rolle wäre wünschenswert. Aber die größte Plage waren die Mücken. Es sind Mückengitter auf jeden Fall zu empfehlen. Sonst muss man sich von Kopf bis Fuß mit Anti-Mücken Mitteln behandeln oder sich jeden Abend auf die Mücken Jagt begeben. Die Wohnung hat etwas mehr Liebe und eine gute Grundreinigung verdient .Auf den ersten Blick war alles sauber, aber beim genaueren Hinschauen sind unsaubere Fliesen im Bad aufgefallen, zerquetschte Mücken auf Vorhängen und Wänden.

Durchschnittlicher Aufenthalt, Service verbesserungsbedürftig.

Komfortable Ferienwohnung, mit dem wichtigsten was man braucht und modern eingerichtet.

Kaputter Rolladen im Schlafzimmer hinten rechts, keine Möglichkeit zu lüften oder auf den Balkon zu gelangen. Der Check in hat absolut nicht gut funktioniert, auch nach telefonischer Rücksprache hat es ewig gedauert und wir konnten erst 2h später in die Wohnung. Hätte ich bei der Vermietung nicht selber nachgefragt, wären wir nicht informiert worden.

Nette Wohnung, Zentral gelegen

Gute Zimmer mit grosszügigen Betten. Sauberes Bad und Küche.. wir waren auch ganz happy, dass wir unsere eBikes im geschlossenen Raum abstellen konnten. Bushaltestelle vor dem Haus mit regelmässiger Anbindung nach diversen Ortschaften. Check in war super einfach .

Und zwar nicht bewusst, dass es kein Wohnzimmer gibt. Aber das hat uns auch gar nicht gefehlt.

Mann hätte die Terrasse sauber machen können bevor Urlauber kommen und die vielen Spinnweben die von der Decke hingen entfernen können. Rollladen waren zu Teil defekt. Konnte man nicht wirklich abdunkeln.

Mittelklasse zum gehobenen Preis

Größe, Sauberkeit,hell

lockere Türklinke zum Bad, abgewohnt, Fenster sind alt und nicht isoliert, auch nicht gegen Schall. Appartement ist neben einer viel befahrenen Straße. Meinem Sohn(28) wurde ein Kinderbett hergerichtet, obwohl ein großes Bett im Raum war. für 2 Nächte geht's gerade.

Der Preis an sich ist gut, man muss sich jedoch auf einige Mängel einstellen.

unkompliziertes Einchecken zu jeder Zeit, Parkplatz vor der Tür, die Hauptbetten waren sehr gut, das Bad war saniert und gut ausgestattet. Eine gute Einbauküche, leider mit viel zu wenig Equipment.

Der separate Abstellraum für die SKI war nicht verschließbar und für alle Bewohner des Hauses frei zugänglich. Das fünfte Bett war nicht zum Schlafen geeignet und so hart wie ein Brett. Für 5 Personen gab es nur 4 Stühle. Diverse Schäden in der Wohnung wie kaputte Fensterscheibe in der Küche, kein Licht im Flur, Rollladen funktioniert nicht. 1 Fernseher in einem Zimmer hat keinen Anschluss und geht somit nicht. Mülleimer vom Vormieter war nicht ausgeleert. Die Wohnung ist sehr hellhörig. Die Ausstattung der Küche war sehr dürftig, und für 5 Personen viel zu wenig.
