Loved the shower! The bedding was great. The room size was nice and well laid out. Everything was very clean. The check-in staff was very accommodating. The colorful shades on the window were nice.

I parked on the side and didn't find a ramp for luggage. I had to bring the luggage over a high curb. I was in the breakfast area over an hour before close and most hot food was gone. Would have been nice to have some fruit choices. The room lacked color.

Great facility, good breakfast.

Housekeeping failed to clean our room one day — a fairly significant blight on a hotel brand. I emailed a member of the executive staff, but the reply I received was a bland, face-saving corporate response. There was no real effort to “make things right,” the way we strive to treat our own clients. In fact, the lackluster reply only made the experience worse. That said, the rest of the day-to-day staff were excellent.

A lovely place to stay the last night of a lengthy road trip.

Appeared to be a very new facility. Very clean, staff was friendly and helpful, and room was quiet, clean and comfortable. Breakfast options were also very nice.

The location was great. It’s a convenient area for visiting family without having to deal with Louisville. It’s far enough off the main road that there was no road noise.

There were some noisy travelers on our hall and the walls don’t keep that noise out.

Easy turnkey spot with too much light at night and lots of chemical detergents.

Breakfast was great and the Staff was awesome.

I was terribly allergic to a cleaning product that they used in the hotel room and it terribly aggravated my sinuses. I recommend using vinegar baking soda and ammonia. They are all the tools you’ll need to clean the room. Conditioners and fragrances while aggravate some folks.

I loved how friendly the staff was, how clean the hotel was, and how modern and upscale the rooms are. This hotel is always my stopping poing when driving to and from home. Breakfast seems to always be good and delicious.
