Great location and great apartment

Clean modern and spacious

Kula London Tower Bridge is located only about 10 minutes from Tower Bridge, making it an excellent base for exploring London. The surrounding area is lively and gives a genuine London atmosphere. The self-check-in process is very convenient. After completing the pre-check-in form, separate access codes are provided for the building and the apartment, eliminating the need to carry physical keys during sightseeing. The apartment is exceptionally well equipped. The kitchen includes a stove, kettle, coffee machine, washing machine, dishwasher, and all necessary utensils. Everything was clean and well maintained, including the kettle and kitchenware. The dining table next to the living area makes it comfortable for family meals, and dishwasher tablets are provided for convenience. The apartment also includes laundry and ironing facilities, with washing machine tablets supplied. The bathroom was clean and tidy upon arrival. The living room is spacious and well ventilated, featuring a comfortable sofa and a smart TV with access to YouTube, local channels, and streaming services. The bedroom comfortably accommodated two adults and a baby(baby cot), and a fan was provided, which was particularly useful during the warm days of our stay. Overall, this is a comfortable, well-equipped, and family-friendly apartment in an excellent location near Tower Bridge. The facilities provided exceeded our expectations, and the minor maintenance issues did not significantly affect our stay. We would happily consider staying here again.

These points are relatively minor and mainly intended as suggestions for improvement. The laminate flooring is showing signs of wear and could benefit from replacement or at least a thorough deep cleaning. The toilet flush mechanism requires maintenance. After flushing, the button does not always return to its original position automatically, causing water to continue running slowly and affecting the next flush unless manually adjusted. The television streaming services occasionally froze, and internet connectivity was sometimes slow, resulting in network error messages. Finally, the pre-check-in instructions stated that the access codes would be sent automatically at 2:45 PM. However, we only received them after contacting the support team via WhatsApp.
