The location was great, right next to the Spitalfields market and plenty of great restaurants and shops were within walking distance. The Liverpool Street station was really near as well, making it easy to access the rest of London. When we asked about laundry sheets they refilled the aminities quite fast and were quick to help with ofher problems.
There was a lot of noise - you could hear every car passing by on the street, and it is a busy street; the radiator was making noise constantly; the apartment above us was making noise and we could hear every door, step, etc. There was no dishwashing soap or way to wash dishes, they recommended that we go buy our own soap which did not make sense as we were staying only for 5 days and it would go to waste.
