This is one of the best hotels or apartments I have stayed in. It is well equipped with everything you need for a stay besides a clothes iron, which I believe they have, I did not ask, up to date, designed to welcome, and my entire family fell in love with it. It also has a nice small balcony that gave a great view of the neighborhood. All around, it was easy to get to transportation, a variety of food and restaurants were close by as well as the local boulangerie, with a local store within walking distance that sold necessities as well as drinks etc for great prices that stayed open till 2am. Staff was pleasant and willing to assist also with Mohammed from Egypt patiently helping to open doors when the QR code did not work on door at night due to user error. The suites have set a standard over Apart'City, Ibis, Mercure, Hampton, lots of Marriots and many others. Also.loved the fact that you could call the customer service via WhatsApp instead of struggling to get in touch via international calls which can become expensive. Was also great that I could leave or store luggage there before or after checking when apartments not yet ready.

No dryer in the apartment. Does not make sense to have a washer without a dryer. They should swap the units in the apartments with the models that both wash and dry, so we do not have to wash clothes and then hang it around the apart'hotel to dry. Appreciate the availability still, but it would add the icing to the cake if washer/dryer combo units were added to the rooms. Drying rack for clothes was provided, so there was an alternative. Also did not like that the night staff is limited to handling on-site issues only but nothing administrative like changing rooms, extending stays, QR code issuance, and more. Would make stays even greater if they were empowered to help with room extensions, QR code issuance, changes etc. Make it easy to extend stays and or see availability for eztendion of terms so we are nor rushing out on day of departure. I understand that due to incoming customers, early checkin may be tough to have available clean rooms early checkin.

Nicely decorated with nice kitchen

Bad smell from shower and no WiFi for a few days. Stains in bed and towels.
