The villa had loads of space for us as a group of friends and the host was great, very communicative, friendly and nothing too much trouble. The location worked well, very private but also within easy reach of the airport and clubs. We loved chilling by the pool and using the outdoor kitchen to BBQ.
One or two areas of the villa could be modernised, but nothing that impacted our enjoyment.

Lovely spacious AC villa with a spacious outside and pool. Great location close to airport. Great comms on arrival and departure.
The outside seating area needed a little attention and a few essentials inside, and sounds fussy but the pool was very warm

Well located, nice pool and bbq
The house is run-down and in need of renovation. The bathrooms and toilets are dirty and cannot be locked. The dishes were incomplete and not clean, and the kitchen was greasy. The kitchen appliances are old and and the dishwasher is outdated and does not clean properly.
The kitchen furniture is broken and in poor condition.
There's a lack of love in this house, in general it has the potential for a great place, but indeed it's old and dirty.
