Carlos and the housekeeping staff were excellent, very helpful at all times, especially with check in and check out times. There were supplies for us on arrival, which was much appreciated. The pool was amazing set in beautiful gardens.
The only issue was with the hot water, other than that everything was great!

We had our villa upgraded by Carlos due to a late cancellation at no extra cost, which was exceptional, which included a bigger Villa, a gym and more luxurious and standard.
