Sehr nah zur Weser und zur Innenstadt, super Anbindung an den Flughafen und Bahnhof mit der Straßenbahn.

The apartment was incredibly convenient, offering easy access to the local grocery store, city center, university, and public transit. Being just a two-minute walk from the university and the tram (Straßenbahn) made our stay exceptionally effortless. Inside, the apartment was spacious, clean, and fully stocked with everything we needed, including all the essential kitchenware to cook our own meals.
Overall, we were very happy with our stay. Since we were coming and going at different times, having a second set of keys would have been helpful, but we easily made it work.

Gut ausgestattete Wohnung (z.B. Bügelbrett und Bügeleisen, Kaffeekapseln). Die Lage ist super, fast alles ist zu Fuß erreichbar. Dennoch ist es sehr ruhig. Regelmäßige Informationen vom Vermieter sind hilfreich. Ein Hinweis: Parken in der direkten Umgebung ist nur für 3 Stunden erlaubt. Da muss man ein bisschen aufpassen. Aber einige Gehminuten entfernt, gibt es eine Möglichkeit.

Good position in a very nice neighborhood. Very easy to reach the city center and other interesting neighborhoods. Completely furnished home, spacious and modern.
Only stairs, no elevator, with steep steps. Could be a problem with heavy luggage
