El apartamento está bien y merece la pena por el precio, pero hay mejoras que son imprescindibles.
Es un segundo piso sin ascensor un poco alto y eso debería indicarse claramente en el anuncio. El olor de la subida de la escalera no era nada agradable, así como el del baño. No era olor a suciedad, quizás por humedad acumulada, pero necesita solución. Creo que haría falta una hoja informativa para explicar algunos detalles.
