Terrible experience both from the accommodation and Booking's services and customer support.

We literally got scammed from these people. We arrived at 8pm, were told at the front door (no reception or anything, we just called the guy) that the place won't be ready for another hour, told us we could apply for a cancellation and eventually when we did he disagreed with it and were never refunded. Shame on Booking.com too for being so superficial with their "investigation". A terrible experience.

This place is incredibly basic and the apartment is not beautiful and the toilet is another floor. It is very basic but

C’était sale les plaid qui couvraient les canapé était sale pas lavé il y’avait des trous et tous.

L emplacement. Appartement spacieux et lumineux.

Chauffage insuffisant. Nous avons eu froid. Manque miroir, poubelle, porte manteau , grand rideau de douche. Rien pour poser les vêtements. Pas de lavabo. Douche dans le couloir sans rideaux.

Für eine Übernachtung gerade noch annehmbar, aber für mehrere nicht zu empfehlen.

Die Innenstadt von Lüttich ist fußläufig von der Unterkunft aus zu erreichen. Der Übernachtungspreis pro Kopf ist niedrig. Der Vermieter war sehr freundlich und hat sich sehr gekümmert, allerdings war die Abwicklung durch ihn umständlich und nicht professionell durchorganisiert.

Der Name der Unterkunft ist zwar Programm und alle Beschreibungen sind zutreffend. Trotzdem sollte anständigerweise nicht verschwiegen werden, dass die "eigene" Toilette nur durch das enge und steile Treppenhaus erreicht werden kann. Außer dem Handwaschbecken im Klo gabe es kein weiteres Waschbecken. Und dass die Dusche sich gefangen in einem der drei Zi,mmer befindet, könnte auch deutlicher ausgedrückt werden als "Dusche im Zimmer". Die Einrichtung der Wohnung und der Küche ist extrem karg.
