Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt in dieser großen modern eingerichteten Wohnung. Wir waren zu zweit da aber auch für eine Familie ist diese perfekte. Die lage ist sehr ruhig gelegen und lädt immer gerne zu einem ruhigen Abendspaziergang ein.
Leider liegt diese Wohnung ohne Aufzug gefühlt im 7. Stock und ist eventuell für Personen die mit Treppen steigen "große Probleme" haben vielleicht nicht so optimal. Was vielleicht schön gewesen wäre, wäre eine kleine Mappe mit hinweisen über Ausflugziele, Bäcker, Gaststätten etc und ein Hinweis des Standortes der Mülltonnen im Aussenbereich, die wir erst mit Rücksprache der Mieter im Haus gefunden haben. Dies ist keine Kritik sondern ein net gemeinter Hinweis mit eventueller Verbesserung für zukünftige Gäste. 😊

Своя бесплатная парковка. Полное описание и фото как доехать - без этого было бы сложно. Две комнаты, прихожая (она же кабинет) и гостиная. ВСЕ необходимое есть. От микроволновки и холодильника до стиральной машины, сушилки и принадлежностей для детей. Большой санузел.
Само помещение на 5-м этаже, нет лифта. Впрочем, молодым это не будет проблемой.

Die Lage der Wohnung war super..nah an Meißen, Dresden, Bastei oder Döbeln. Die Wohnung war schön groß und hell. Bäcker gleich vor der Tür. Es gibt Abstellmöglichkeiten für einen Kinderwagen. Netto ist ein Dorf weiter zum einkaufen.
Der Parkplatz ist für größere Autos sehr eng, unsere Felgen haben etwas gelitten durch die Bordsteinkante. Vorhänge wären schön, die Kinder haben durch die Helligkeit leider nicht so lange geschlafen.
