Fußläufig 30Min. bis zum Zentrum, die Straßenbahn fährt fast vor der Tür ab
Etwas mehr Sorgfalt wäre gut, besonders der kaputte Plastestuhl auf dem Balkon ist doch schon gefährlich, auch die Eingangstür könnte man einstellen damit sie wieder normal schließt, ein paar Kleinigkeiten halt

Die Lage ist toll, direkt vor der Haustür bleiben Bus und Straßenbahn stehen, Supermarkt ist nur 3 Minuten entfernt. Große Räume, Balkon, gute Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter. Die Möbel sind zweckmäßig und sehr abgewohnt
Leider war das Apartment nicht sehr sauber, der Fußboden war klebrig und sehr schmutzig. Der Herd bräuchte mal eine Grundreinigung, das Badezimmer riecht mockig und war ebenfalls nicht sauber. Beim Schrank im Schlafzimmer ist nur die Hälfte nutzbar, da der rechte Türgriff fehlt und diese somit nicht geöffnet werden kann. Die bereitgestellten Handtücher sowie auch die Bettwäsche hatten ebenfalls einen sehr muffigen Geruch.
