Very satisfied, would book again

Stayed here a few days recently with my spouse, who was visiting me; I live on the nearby military base and family members can't do overnight stays there. We'd been in the Mercure but wanted to switch to something more economical, and, frankly, I wish we'd done so sooner as this suited our needs much, much better and at a far lower pricepoint. Place was very spacious, and the individual rooms were big. Lots of balcony space on three sides of the building, the back balcony was extremely pleasant in the late afternoon/evening. There were many windows which was great when it cooled off at night, made it very easy to get cross-winds to air the place out; there are air conditioners in the living room and in the large bedroom but not in the kitchen or bathroom, so being able to air things overnight was key. Decided to extend our stay after the first night and it was very eays to do so, just messaged the owner and they said, sure, you can just pay at the end. Location is excellent if you have business at either the military base (maybe a minute uphill) or at the US embassy, not as much if you want to be convenient to the downtown area (~20 minute walk, can't quite recommend broadly in the summertime). There are three grocery stores within a 2-3 minute walk away and a fourth a little further away, at least half a dozen decent cafes and some resaurants within 5-10 minutes' walk. There is also a pharmacy in the next building over. Honestly, what struck me most was that if I were to live off-base, this'd be basically a perfect place for it. Almost too bad I can't! Ah well, made for exactly the right place for my spouse's visit.

Some of the shutters could use some maintenance and same is true of the blinds in some of the windows. We didn't use it, but the second bedroom has no air conditioner and was hellish when I did stick my head in it.

Tento byt splna vsetko

Tym ze chodim do Prištiny 9 rokov poznam ju velmi dobre, mali sme cely dom pre seba a tym padom aj uplny klud. Majitelia su uzasni ludia a velmi si ich vazime a prideme naspat. Citili sme sa velmi pohodlne. Oproti je velkoobchod 7-23:00 s potravinami, minimax - maly shopping, kde si mozete dat kavicku, vsetko je po ruke a mate aj vyhlad, kusok asi 3 min autom si mozete dat umyt kompletne auto za 5€ aj vnutro aj vonku. Vyborna lokacia. ! Dispozíciab bytu: Kazda miestnosť je velka a nic nechyba. Spalna, velka postel, naviac periny. Obývacia miestnosť, kozene gauce a tv, pre viac ludi. Kuchyna: velky jedalensky stol a balkon vsade. Kupelna: sprchovy kút pracka. Chodba - mozete dat sušiaku na pradlo V byte su aj uteraky k dispozícii.
