Avoid it!

Good location

Two days before our arrival, we were informed that our apartment had supposedly been damaged by fire. Instead, we were offered to stay in another apt at the same location. We accepted the offer, as the pictures were fine. Short after our arrival, we realised that the apartment was not at all what we had expected: dirty bathroom, broken sofa, smelly linens and general damages. We had a horrible night. Furthermore, the person that let us in was not polite: the morning after, he sent us 2 impolite messages and made us a call (shortly after 10am), asking when we would leave. Next to that, there is no reference to a specific address on booking.com. This was sent to us on whatsapp a few days before arriving.

The apartment could have been cleaner. The kitchen had a bad smell. One of the bedroom door is broken and can’t ve closed.

we arrived late in pristina so this was a last minute booking. Berat spoke excellent English, saved us a parking spot right outside the flat, welcomed us to his lovely flat. right opposite the excellent trusting fish restaurant

Ev çok güzel döşenmişti, ambiyans ve ortam çok güzeldi. Eşyalar yeniydi. Her yer temizdi. Balkondan manzarası çok güzeldi. Banyoda peçete ıslak mendil şampuan gibi şeyler bırakılmıştı. 5 kişi gayet rahat konakladık. Kapalı otoparkı olması da çok rahat oldu.
