Casa delle Colonne - centro

This was the second apartment in which I've resided while visiting Turin. Although the first was very near to the train station, this one is quite an easy walk away, and the neighborhood is more scenic and tranquil and from it one can easily access all the major tourist locations. The apartment is quite spacious, very clean and well appointed, with LCD television, comfortable furniture and bed. The kitchen is not particularly well supplied for any serious cooking, but it adequate for a short stay. There are plenty of restaurants, bars, and local stores from which to obtain anything one might need easily enough. It is very secure, and I particularly enjoyed the neighborhood and being near the Po river which is quite scenic at that location. During the period of my visit it was really well-priced and worth every cent.

My only criticism is that the management of the property seemed to be unaware of some issues, such as the door to the apartment being improperly hung so that it dragged on the floor and required a hefty push or pull to get into or to exit from the apartment, but once I reported it (just before checking out) they were responsive and grateful for being informed. Contradictory and confusing information provided in several photocopied sheets regarding the WiFi connection (which functions quite well once connected to it) or what to do regarding electrical disconnects were not as helpful as they might have been, but were addressed quickly enough, although reaching the management was slower than I would have liked. That said, it is clear that management tries to be as helpful as possible once in contact, and I must stress that these minor issues were not so problematic as to change my very positive reaction overall to the apartment. I will certainly return there if it is available on a future visit.

era inizio luglio e non sono state lasciate alcune bottigliette d'acqua per gli ospiti, c'era la macchinetta del caffè ma mancavano le cialde, considerando il prezzo me le sarei aspettatte

El alojamiento está bien, pero no da a un jardín da a un aparcamiento, los coches aparcan justo en la puerta lo que imposibilita entrar con un carro de niño como es nuestro caso.

Teníamos el uso del sofá cama y les notificamos que en esa habitacion(salón) no hay persianas, ni nada que obstaculice el paso de la luz con lo que uno de nosotros no ha dormido en dos noches, la respuesta de la agencia ha sido que nadie antes se ha quejado y que lo arreglarían para próximos huéspedes
