Location and size.
The staff was friendly and helped me with the door codes to get in and I appreciated the phone call the following day to ensure we were happy with our place. 😃
It wasn’t as clean as I would have expected. The carpets were dirty and had a lot of stains. The stairs hadn’t been vacuumed and the rugs in the master bath hadn’t been washed from the previous renters. It was disappointing.
