About this house rental
This newly constructed sound front property was completed in May, 2014, and is a 5 minute walk to the gulf beach
It is located on Via DeLuna, within walking distance of the gulf, shopping, restaurants and bars. There is a small park one block from the house with playground equipment and a basketball court.
This property has something for everyone. The house features 3300 square foot living area, with 6 bedrooms, each of which has a private bath, and an additional half bath.
The main floor includes a large living room and a fully equipped kitchen with an ice maker. The living room and two bedrooms open onto a large elevated deck that faces the sound.
The upper floor features a lounge with a wet bar and refrigerator. The lounge and two of the bedrooms open onto a sundeck facing the sound.
Guests can relax in private pool (which is heated except during December, January and February, and at other times when the air temperature is too cold for the pool heater to operate). There is a private pier where you can fish or tie up your boat. If you want to go to the gulf beach, its only a 5 minute walk.
Weddings, receptions and similar events are not allowed.

Checking in and checking out was a breeze! The property is very spacious and clean. Best bay views and the sunsets are beautiful. Being able to walk right out and swim in the pool or the ocean is amazing! We seen dolphins everyday we were there from the house. Would definitely stay here again! Our family loved the house! Thank you for allowing us to enjoy your home!!

Loved being on the bay but also with pretty easy access to the beach. Spacious accommodations. We would have liked blow dryers being available. Pool was great. We found one of the beds on the first floor to be too soft for our liking. Overall, a good experience.

The house was great, the best feature was a bathroom in each room!! The heated pool was also a great plus for our stay since we had some cooler days! There is a large built in ice maker which was so helpful we did not have to buy ice daily like we usually do at the beach. The beach area next to the dock is great for kids!

Spacious, clean, and perfectly located! This home was ideal for our stay. One of my favorite moments was enjoying an early morning cup of coffee while watching dolphins swim through the sound. The house comfortably accommodated our large family, and I would definitely recommend this property to anyone traveling with a large family looking to vacation in the Pensacola Beach area.
