About this house rental
This newly constructed sound front property was completed in May, 2014, and is a 5 minute walk to the gulf beach
It is located on Via DeLuna, within walking distance of the gulf, shopping, restaurants and bars. There is a small park one block from the house with playground equipment and a basketball court.
This property has something for everyone. The house features 3300 square foot living area, with 6 bedrooms, each of which has a private bath, and an additional half bath.
The main floor includes a large living room and a fully equipped kitchen with an ice maker. The living room and two bedrooms open onto a large elevated deck that faces the sound.
The upper floor features a lounge with a wet bar and refrigerator. The lounge and two of the bedrooms open onto a sundeck facing the sound.
Guests can relax in private pool (which is heated except during December, January and February, and at other times when the air temperature is too cold for the pool heater to operate). There is a private pier where you can fish or tie up your boat. If you want to go to the gulf beach, its only a 5 minute walk.
Weddings, receptions and similar events are not allowed.

This was our second stay in this house and it was a great as the first. It had enough space for our multi-generational family vacation and all the features we wanted with our stay (dock, pool, soundfront, easy to access). Any small issues were quickly resolved and check in/out was no problem. The only recommendations we have for improvements would be a second full-size fridge (a must with so many people to feed) as well as a towel/linen upgrade. Otherwise, zero complaints. Thanks for a great vacay!
