About this house rental
This large family style home is on the corner of Via Deluna Drive and Panferio Drive on Pensacola Beach sound side. This house has a pier (shared with one other home) leading to the bayside and short walk to the Gulf. VERY close to fun and restaurants you can walk to or take the free trolley.
Relax on the swing on the front porch or have a snack on the back porch picnic table. Kids can play basketball or at the park right across the street.

Another Bedroom downstairs with queen bed and private bathroom
Upstairs has two large bedrooms with king beds and daybeds with shared bathroom
Extra bathroom with shower in the garage
Newly remodeled kitchen and furniture in all downstairs rooms.

My family had a wonderful stay at this home! Proximity to restaurants was fantastic (we loved the Native Cafe!) The pier in the backyard we enjoyed every day! Would absolutely return on our next trip to Pensacola!100% would recommend!

The host was very accommodating! The house was in a great location, we got to enjoy the bay with a shared dock and we were a short walk to the beach. The cons: house could use a deep cleaning and internet was spotty.

The house was a perfect fit for the family. Even had a large recliner in one bedroom for Grandma. No internet during our stay. Unable to watch big football games together. Other than that, the place was a great stay.

I usually go out of my way to give positive reviews, but I wish I had known some of the following details before I reserved this rental.
The shower upstairs did not drain well, and soapy water and floating hair from previous guests came up quickly. My son's shower downstairs included a huge live cockroach. My daughter got a towel out that still had crusty material that looked like vomit, and my towel looked like it had makeup on it. The shower in the garage worked well until someone flushed, and my husband was scalded (mark was there for a full 24 hours). Coffee cups in the cupboard had coffee rings in them, and our upstairs room had enough sand that I had to clean my feet to put on socks. The Internet did
not work consistently, and we could not watch tv because it dropped the connection. You get the idea.
If cleanliness and maintenance were not huge issues, the decor is nice, as is the location, which is near both the beach and a small pier. We enjoyed having a table big enough for our 10 adult family members. I spent some time behind the scenes cleaning stuff so my family could have a good time, which they did (with a few "YUCK!" moments and not very many showers).
With little attention to maintenance and cleanliness, this would be a really great place to stay. I would suggest that the owner use a different management company. We were only there for a short time, and did not try to contact the owner, so my rating of communication is not on him. The app simply required that everything be rated.
