Bit expensive stay compared to facilities

It's expensive compared to what facilities they provide. Hot water Tap was not working in bathroom and toilet was also not properly cleaned. I did complaint to owner and Wendy told that yes hot water tap is about to get repaired. If there is guest to stay then it should be done before they arrive. Don't get fool yourself looking to wine bottle showing in photo this is just photo and they do not provide anything.

Dirty, I’ll maintained and loud

Decent access to facilities, was pretty warm

Dirty, certain sections of the apartment where not touched with a hoover or cloth, the pull out bit of the couch had been covered in thick dust not sure what it is but looked disgusting, majority of the knife tips where snapped and there was no coffee machine (it was listed as a facility), not to be picky but there was only decaf coffee. A bit of a problem on the second night was when other people stayed in the flat below, they were very loud and slamming doors all day and night up until 3 in the morning disturbing our sleep. The apartment itself could do with some general maintenance such as broken tiles being replaced and doors being greased aswell as the dust being cleaned from Skirting boards. Photos are attached.

A good stay for what I needed.

The apartment was clean, modern and comfortable. It had what I needed for a comfortable one night stay to be near the location I was taking part in an event for. Easy check in and out and good instructions for retrieving key for the property etc.

Nothing about the apartment. The street doesn’t look very inviting but if you don’t judge it from looks it, I felt safe and comfortable staying there even on my own.

Nice apartment and a very good price

Excellent value for money. Very clean. Straightforward self-check in. Pleasant, bright apartment. I cooked all meals for 3 days in the kitchen, which helped reduce to cost of my work trip.

A local I was meeting said this neighbourhood isn’t the safest part of Doncaster. I didn’t personally experience any problems.

Great place to stay on a budget

The space was very clean, the water pressure was fantastic, check-in was easy, and parking was plentiful. The actual flat is very well kept and cosy.

There was no soap, shampoo, or body wash as listed. The neighbourhood isn't great (loud though safe enough). And the pillows were pretty rough. Flat and thin with sheets that felt very stiff.

Comfy but not clean

Good location,nice and comfy rooms,all essential things in kitchen. But the bedding was absolutely disgusting,under the blanket a lot of dark hairs,bedding not fresh,bed under the pillows dirty is well.Sofas in a living room too damaged and window is very dirty. Very nice and comfy flat,but dirty bedding made me feel sick.
