La ubicacion es estupenda, al lado de la playa, de la calle de restaurantes, del sendero que lleva al faro, etc, permite dejar el coche al lado de la puerta, edificio con pocos apartamentos, nuevos y tranquilos, por dentro es precioso, muy funcional y comodo, limpieza en el interior muy cuidada, lavadora y cocina fiables.
Se queda sin el 10 porque le falta acabar la entrada del portal y el acceso al parking privado, y sobre todo por la falta de limpieza en las dos terrrazas que tiene, tuve que limpiar un poco para poner en tenderete y no dejamos salir a los niños porque habia telarañas en casi toda la barandilla, una limpieza antes de empezar la temporada en las terrazas hubiera sido lo correcto porque el interior estaba genial.

Einrichtung ist optisch schön, aber qualitativ äusserst billig. Bett inkl. Kissen unbrauchbar. Internet (Wifi) extremst langsam
