Not worth it...despite the good location.

The location was good. One parkingspot available at the house

Its just an old house. Nothing is renovated. Old furniture that seemed to be in there anyway. The old bathroom falls apart and seemed to be shared. Its worse and cheaper then the pics suggest. We didn't even take a full shower. Stairs and floor crack like crazy. Really just old unrenovated 'as is' house with some furniture put in, not the way one should rent it. WiFi is also only available at the hotel itself, 50m down the street. Wouldnt stay there again even if they pay me €127,-.

Beautiful room, gorgeous location, can be improved

Beautiful old building, very nice room. I liked the palm tree in the garden. The owner is kind and helpful. The room was nicely cleaned every day. The location is great.

The first night I had to spend in a tiny hotel room without any prior notice, because there was no heating in the booked house, although I booked the room weeks before. The door knobs kept felling off and often there was no warm water in the evening. The posted pictures suggest, that breakfast is available at the same place, but in fact it is in another building (2 star hotel, 150m away). Bathtub’s plug couldn’t be closed properly. WIFI would be nice.

Für eine Großfamilie ideal(4 Schlafzimmer), zu zweit würde ich eher nicht mehr kommen.

Die Lage, unser helles Zimmer im 2. Stock mit Meerblick, originelle Einrichtung.

Man hätte die Küche und den Aufenthaltsraum mit anderen Gästen teilen müssen ( habe ich bei der Buchung übersehen). Im Kühlschrank waren noch Sachen, in der Spüle noch schmutziges Geschirr, sodass wir nicht wussten, ob außer uns noch jemand in der Wohnung war. Der Parkplatz stand nicht immer zur Verfügung, was aber kein Problem war, da es genügend öffentliche Parkplätze in der Nähe gab. Die Betten waren zu weich, in einer Ecke des Schlafzimmers waren Schachteln ( Abstellraum?).

Un agréable séjour dans un lieu magnifique

Bien situé pour la plage, restos ou balades. Buffet du petit déjeuner correct. Cuisine pratique pour le frigo ou pour réchauffer un plat. Personnel très serviable.

Les portes et le plancher bruyants. Normal vu l'age de la bâtisse. Parking de l'hôtel payant et parfois compliqué pour les manœuvres. Trafic dense en journée et en saison mais plutôt calme la nuit.

Chambre confortable à côté de la page de Saint Guirec

La chambre est très confortable en particulier la literie. L’Annexe est idéalement située à 2 minutes de la plage de Saint Guirec. Tout le personnel a été formidable avec nous. Nous les remercions tous chaleureusement.

Posizione , manca parcheggio anche se dato come servizio , camere vecchie

Camera doppia con letti non comodi , arreda mergo in parte vetusto , parcheggio citato nei servizi ma poi non disponibile sul posto ( se non in in posizione non segnalata sulla strada ) con rischio di perderlo se si muoveva l’auto .

L’emplacement, on a de la place et on est indépendant. A côté de la plage. Personnel très agréable. Aux pieds du chemin des douaniers. Animal friendly.

Beaucoup trop cher

Très bien placé à 1 min de la plage et 3 min du port. Accueil aimable. Lit grand et confortable. Maison avec 2 chambres et une SdB à chacun des 2 etages.

Très mauvaise insonorisation entre les deux étages. Supplément pour le chien, pour la cuisine, pour le parking. Pas de wifi. Pas de déco (Tv sur un carton et un bout de palette) SdB très vieillotte. Mauvais rapport qualité prix. On déconseille à deux.
