From the house, you can explore the magnificent Pink Granite Coast—with its water sports and tourist attractions—on foot, by bike, or by car.
Built in 2011, the house is very well-equipped, modern, and bright. It offers a peaceful setting thanks to its tree-lined garden (780 m²) located in a quiet neighborhood of La Clarté.

This peaceful property offers a relaxing getaway for the whole family or with friends. An ideal place for remote work.
First floor:
Entryway, laundry room, living room, kitchen, half-bath, master suite (bedroom, shower room, walk-in closet, office area).
A corner terrace facing south/southwest: 1 large outdoor dining table, barbecue.
Lockable garage with space for one car. Access to the garden.
Upper floor:
3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom with toilet.
1 bedroom: 2 single beds
2 bedrooms: 2 double beds.
Sheets, pillowcases, and dish towels provided (bath towels not included).
Appliances: TV, DVD player, vacuum cleaner, dishwasher, washing machine, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, oven, microwave, raclette machine, Wi-Fi router.
Easy parking in the villa’s entrance area: 2 outdoor parking spaces + 1 car in the garage.
At the end of your stay, guests are responsible for performing a basic cleanup.
The “Cleaning Service” option included in the reservation covers floor cleaning and thorough disinfection of bathrooms by qualified staff.
Surfboard or paddleboard rentals are available upon request:
