Ideally located 5 minutes walk from the center of Perros-Guirec and 10 minutes from the beach Trestraou with restaurants, cinema and casino, our large renovated cottage offers:

* A beautiful dining room open onto a large fitted kitchen for meals up to 18 people: piano cooking, large fridge-freezer, dishwasher, microwave, coffee thermos, Nespresso, kettle, toaster , raclette services, high chair ...
* Lounge with convertible corner sofa, big screen TV and DVD player, free Wi-Fi
* Game room with a desk, sofa and a small TV
* A shower 90 * 90 with washbasin and WC
