Excellent hôtel, positioned at top of Perros-Guirec.

Excellent hôtel with very pleasant staff. Gym is small but with good machines. Pool and saunas great.

One of Our Favorite Hotels in France...

Our third visit - so we knew what to expect. Some refurbishment has taken place to good effect (though still no aircon). Our room was massive and beautifully furnished, with a stunning view of the bay. Pool was a pleasant temperature. Staff extra helpful and friendly.

Restaurant was fully booked for dinner each time we asked - so plan ahead! The layout of the hotel is quirky, but you eventually find your way round.

Great hotel in amazing location.

The location was spectacular.

I don't like showers over baths. I much prefer shower cubicles. The thermostat had a blue light which lit up the room when all other lights were off. We need complete darkness for sleeping.

Very comfortable and pleasant place to stay with great views and service

Great view of the bay from the room and nice sitting area for 2 in the bay window. Excellent breakfast with pastries and an omelette with bacon. Very pleasant staff giving us a guided tour of the hotel and room. Good parking and car charging facilities if a little expensive at 20 euros to charge the car

Room quite small but very well furnished. The elevated view meant that the walk back from the promenade was up a lot of steps. However parking was available for free and the smart town area was a short walk away

Overall excellent and relaxing . Great place from which to explore and also to refurbish .

Excellent breakfast with gorgeous views, a great way to start the day . Bed and A/C were wonderful so we stayed in one afternoon just to nap and relax , which was much needed after 2 weeks of intense sightseeing . We did not try the spa so cannot comment on that .

Did not like having to climb one flight of stairs to our room but I may have misread that in the original booking . I have bad knees so that was a bit hard .

Bar snack area small and not very welcoming. Easier if you couldn't manage a large 3 or 4 course dinner to eat out in town than eat a smaller meal on the hotel.

No air conditioning in room. Surprising for a 5 star hotel. We were told none of the rooms facing the sea had it and we were expected to open our window. This meant at night we could not then also close the curtain due to design of window.

Splendid

Amazing view of the bay, Art Deco style building very quiet and comfy. Restaurant Belouga is a « Must », rarely had such an exquisite food experience for such an affordable price. Breakfast is something too!

Nice building in a great location with well kept garden, clean property, good breakfast, excellent service. The area is really nice and the view is stunning.

Even though we got the best and biggest room available, for up to 4 adults with 2 more persons (children) in a sofa bed, the bedrooms were small. Swimming pool rules were kind of restrictive regarding timetable for children and swimming wear for boys/men. Understandable, but not a common thing to find in this kind of hotels.

All the staff were lovely. Helpful and courteous. Fabulous lunch (no choice but that was not important to us). Good location for town and the beach

Housekeeping was hit and miss - no replenishment of water, cleansing pads, tea and coffee on three out of four days. Some of the furniture had been chipped and scuffed. Glass table with chipped edges

Great view on the sea and beach. Restaurant was excellent but not easy to get a table. Great choice for breakfast buffet.

Mainly difficulties to get place in restaurant or waiting for place at breakfast. But these problems were due to Covid measures.

Did not deliver on our expectations, and we have stayed in many 5 star rated hotels.

Good position, and location.

No guest lounge and a poor attempt at a bar. Not enough sunbeds on the terrace. The room we booked wad described as having a terrace and a balcony, it had a small shady square sitting area that was neither with a poor outlook. In the room the TV was blocking the middle window, hence the view was not good.

No air conditioning and huge windows without any shutters -meaning if you plan to book a room during summertimes, it’ll be a nightmare You’ll be obliged to keep the curtains closed, and stay outside from the early morning till the evening to avoid the heat

There was absolutely nothing to dislike. Unfortunately our stay was during Covid and we could not profit from the restaurant.

Fantastic

The staff was very welcoming and helpful. We got a beautiful room with an amazing view. Watched numerous amazing sunsets. Personal service for breakfast due to covid19 and excellent service. Great parking options. We had a wonderful stay and will come back to this hotel.

To go to the beach, there are many stairs taking you to the road. As my mother is half blind, it would be good to organize a solution for people who have difficulty to walk or are blind.

Ne mérite pas 5 étoiles (pas de voiturier, pas de bagagiste, attente à l'accueil à notre arrivée, chiffon laissé 2 fois dans la chambre après le ménage, énormément d'attente pour être servis au bar et snacking)
