Facing South East, La Perroserie is a 4-room apartment (3 bedrooms) which can comfortably accommodate 6 people. The apartment is ideally located just above Trestraou beach. The beach is directly accessible in 5 minutes by a staircase which runs alongside the residence. In front of the beach, you will find restaurants, bars, ice cream parlor, shops, cinemas, convention center and even a casino. Many sports activities are available on the beach: sailing club, surf school, longe-coast, paddle, tennis, children's beach club, pier for the 7 islands....The 3 terraces allow you to take full advantage of the exceptional view on Trestraou beach. The entrance to the customs trail is 200 m away. The brand new Roz Marine thalassotherapy center is also accessible in a few minutes on foot. A private parking space is available at the foot of the Perroserie.
The apartment is very comfortable. It consists of a living/dining room with American kitchen opening onto a sea view terrace. Two bedrooms have a private terrace with sea view, the third bedroom is through. Two bathrooms, one with WC and 1 independent WC are available.

We had an absolutely fantastic time in the flat. Perfectly located for both the sailing school and the surfing school and of course the beach, without forgetting the sentier des douaniers for exploring the côté de granite rose. It was spacious enough to accommodate 2 adults and 4 children, very clean and nicely decorated with everything needed in the kitchen to prepare all our meals. We will certainly try to come back next year!
