The home was most welcoming, the rooms were very spacious, the game room for the kids was awesome, and the location was perfectly located to downtown Savannah and Tyree Island.
There was not a thing we did not enjoy about the home. The cleanliness was spectacular, not a dust bunny anywhere. We felt as though we were the first tenants to rent the property because it sparkled everywhere. Gerald was the most gracious landlord I have ever encountered. I would HIGHLY recommend this house to any family looking for a fabulous vacation. I just can’t say enough great things about it!!!!!

This house was absolutely amazing. The location was perfect, right in between downtown,the island, and the aquarium. Peaceful and quiet location as well. Game room was nice as well and spacious enough for all of us.
