I liked that is was close to the historic center. It was a short drive to Forsyth Park and we had an amazing dinner at Strange Bird of Savanna. The host was very kind and responsive to my texts. The house was beautifully decorated and the beds were very comfortable. The parking accommodated two cars and very secure behind a gated area. I would recommend to anyone wanting to experience the heart of Savanna. ❤️

I really liked the location, and I especially appreciated that the house had its own gated parking area and was equipped with all the essential appliances. The bathroom was definitely one of my favorite features. it was 15miles from Tybee Island and 1.5 miles to River Street..
When we first drove into the area, the neighborhood felt a bit sketchy, and we had trouble recognizing the house from the pictures due to the overgrown grass. Inside, we also noticed dead flies, mostly gathered under the window panes and blinds.

The property looks beautifully remodeled. Good proximity to River Street and Tybee Island. The owners are very nice.
They have a sewage issue and there literally was waste coming through the front yard. It’s not just an issue in the yard, it’s also an issue in the back bathroom. You can smell it heavily. The previous reviews on the gate were correct, it was a huge pain and takes multiple people to open the gate. If you stay for more than a few days, you’ll have an issue on where to put your trash. With us booking it for five days, I was pretty shocked that no one mowed the grass. We bought a vacuum because they only had a broom.
