De' Servi Studio al Duomo - Charming Italy Tour

The location in super good. You can see Duomo from the windiw if you strech youself. The appartment was spacious with a lift in the buulding.

The washing machine was not working but there was a self serice laundry nearby (5min walk) and they paid for the laundry use as a compensation. The kitchenette felt somehow unfunctional maybe because there was a old fridge that was not working. There was, however, a larger fridge in the room close to the table.

Excellent location. Just behind the Duomo. Can see the Duomo from the window. Kitchen had almost all essential utensils, lots of cutlery. Crockery. Two fridges. Washing machine. Secure lock system in the building. Lift..room nicely decorated..easy self check in through video. Self check out.

No hair dryer. No clothes hanger, fan or iron as stated in the listing. No soap or handwash liquid in bathroom.

close to city centre and all the shops.

nothing

The location was excellent, while standing outside of the building, il duomo is visible and within close walking distance. Just a 15 minute walk to the train station. Many excellent restaurants within walking distance and a wonderful wine window attached to a fantastic restaurant located just steps away. The AC was working, critical in the intense Italian summer heat.

There is a one shuttered window that you cannot adjust, therefore you cannot see outside and it is like being in a basement. Washer but no drying racks or places to hang wet clothes. Two sets of towels for two people provided for a six night stay. Ran out of toilet paper so we needed to purchase more. Taking out the trash and recycling was a requirement upon checkout whereas other rooms we stayed at did not require this. The restaurant directly across the street was boisterous and loud very late into the night. An odor issue at the apartment entrance that the host promises to address.
