Elis seems like a very nice person and the apartment (4th floor) is in a great location.
Elis was more than 30 minutes late to meet us with the keys. This wasn't ideal. The apartment could also have used an instruction manual. We never did figure out how to use the TV (even after I sent a text about it) and the internet code was stuck to the TV, but was not immediately visible upon arrival. Instructions for the heaters would also have been helpful. The apartment is cluttered and not easy to move about and the terrace was covered in bird droppings (so unusable). Also, there was no toaster or hair dryer (just FYI). But once we accepted the shortcomings of the apartment, it was fine. Location was good. And it was clean (even though it was cluttered). One of the glass mirrored sliding doors in the bedroom didn't seem entirely attached. But the bed was comfortable and the heaters worked.
