The apartment has a large living space for all and 2 bathrooms a plus. Nice kitchen and washing machine but no dryer. Instead, there is a clothes line outside and drying racks inside. The owner is really nice, understanding, and accommodating.
Having an air conditioning system or more fans would have been helpful due to the humidity that I mostly felt when I was sleeping. The sofa bed there doesn't open even when pulled by the metal bar. I used both sofa and chair cushions to sleep on and was very comfortable, except for some humidity and mosquito or insect bites, mostly on my exposed feet while sleeping, later causing my feet to swell I had brought insect repellent but failed to use it there for the 2 nights.

Sehr zuvorkommende Gastgeber, welche sich sehr bemühten, uns den Aufenthalt angenehm zu machen. Grosse Stadtwohnung mitten in Horta (etwas versteckt, ruhig), welche für vier Personen problemlos reicht; man bekommt mit, wie Leute hier leben. Paulo konnte jederzeit nach Bedarf via Booking-App kontaktiert werden. Er hatte viele gute Tipps für uns und hat uns einen von ihm selber zusammengestellten Kurz-Reiseführer zur Verfügung gestellt, welcher uns bei unseren Ausflügen gute Dienste erwiesen hat.
Teile der Unterkunft und der Kücheneinrichtung sind etwas in die Jahre gekommen und die Raumeinteilung gewöhnungsbedürftig.
