Situated in a car-free zone, this old dwelling requires a picturesque climb of around 40 steps to ensure a secluded retreat within the village. This quaint rental property has a cosy living room as well as a well-equipped kitchen that is fitted with modern conveniences such as a fridge, ceramic hob, combination microwave/grill oven and dishwasher. Climb up a spiral staircase to find a sleeping area with a double bed on an open-plan floor above the living space, offering a rustic feel but limited privacy. On the third level, discover another bedroom with a double bed and a shower room. Step out onto the terrace with a summer kitchen with fridge, dishwasher, oven, barbecue, hob and dining table ideal for enjoying Provençal cuisine al fresco. The terraced gardens, accessible via stone steps, offer picturesque views and tranquillity. Please note that the layout of this property may not be suitable for families with young children due to the open railings and access via steps could be challenging for those with limited mobility. This charming house is ideally located in Provence in Seillans, one of the most beautiful villages in France. You can explore the surrounding area and visit the Gorges du Verdon, which are only an hour's drive away, or take a trip to the beach in Fréjus, Saint-Raphaël or Cannes.
