Near the lake of Saint Cassien, semi-detached house with private garden in a quiet green secure residence.
The residence has 2 swimming pools, one of which is for children, 3 tennis courts, 2 ping-pong tables, a volleyball and bowling court. Tenants can enjoy all these activities free of charge.
Private parking is available inside the residence (secured by digicode).
Ideal for couples with children.

La climatisation n'est que pour la pièce principale au rez de chaussée pas dans les chambres à l'étage. Les ventilateurs ne sont pas très efficace.

Beau duplex joliment decoré et bien équipé Pas de vis à vis Piscine et ping pong très appréciés Nous avons passé une très bonne semaine Seul bémol, l aérodrome à proximité et le passage très rapproché des avions au dessus de la résidence
