Sleeping up to ten, the house offers four sleeping areas across two floors. Downstairs, a cabin with bunk beds and a living area with a sofa bed and a TV set, a relaxed tone, with a WC close by. Upstairs, two double bedrooms and a twin bedroom share a bathroom with a spa bath and shower and two further WCs - keeping the group comfortable and practical across both levels. The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, microwave, ceramic hobs, and dishwasher. Air conditioning runs throughout, and a private garden with a furnished terrace gives the group its own outdoor retreat. Parking and Wi-Fi are available.

A large outdoor unheated pool, jacuzzi, paddling pool, two tennis courts, ping-pong, a multisports court, and pétanque are available for guests. Children's clubs run in summer for ages four to fifteen, and a bar terrace with pool views adds a convivial evening option. The spa - sauna, hammam, and a full wellness programme - is available as a paid extra, alongside breakfast service and bakery.

Fayence village is a short drive away, with gliding, horse riding, cycling, and watersports at Lac de Saint-Cassien all within comfortable reach. Grasse, Saint-Raphaël, and Nice airport extend the range nicely for longer stays.
