- Excellent location (The best feature of the property): The apartment is situated in the immediate vicinity of the sea, just a few minutes' walk away. This was definitely the absolute best part of our stay. - Spacious layout: It is very large and comfortable, consisting of a bedroom, living room, dining area, kitchen, bathroom, and a massive terrace. - Cleanliness upon arrival: The apartment was clean when we arrived. - Great amenities: The kitchen is very well-equipped with all the necessary utensils. We also highly appreciated the welcoming gestures—there were snacks, a few coffee capsules, a bottle of water, as well as shower gel and shampoo provided in the bathroom.

- Rusty clothes drying rack (major issue): The clothes drying rack on the terrace was rusty, making it very risky to dry any clothes. In fact, we noticed that the bed linen itself already had rust stains on it in some places, likely from coming into contact with that rack before. - ​Lack of fresh sheets and towels: We stayed for 8 days, but our bed linen and towels were never changed during our stay. Upon arrival, we (2 people) were given two large towels, two small face towels, one hand towel, one floor towel for the bathroom, and one random yellow towel (perhaps for the beach). In our previous experiences with long-term rentals, we were always provided with a double set upfront or had things changed halfway through. Even though the apartment features a washing machine, guests on vacation should not be expected to wash the host’s bed linen and towels themselves—especially when the drying rack is too rusty to use safely. - ​Insufficient basic supplies: We were only provided with 2 rolls of toilet paper for the entire 8-day stay. For a stay of this duration, a host should anticipate the guests' needs and provide an adequate amount of basic amenities. - ​Water leaking in the bathroom: There is a design flaw with the bathtub screen. Even though the screen is there, there is a small gap between it and the tub, causing water to leak out onto the bathroom tiles every time you take a shower. Luckily, there was a mop in the apartment so I could wipe it up, but this is still something that needs to be fixed. - ​Uncomfortable bed: The mattress in the bedroom is far too soft, which is terrible for the back. On top of that, the bed squeaks loudly every single time someone moves. - ​Cleanliness & service issue: The floor towel in the bathroom was dirty upon our arrival. We immediately reported this to the hosts, and although they promised to replace it, they never actually did.

Sehr gute Lage gegenüber des Alexander the Great Hotels und kurzer Weg auf der Uferpromenade zum Hafen. Sehr freundliche Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter. Schlafzimmer war nach hinten gelegen, dadurch sehr ruhig. Gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis.

The property is located in a great area, with a beautiful sea view and everything nearby :) The staff was extremely nice & helpful, we were even able to check in much earlier so that was a big plus 🙏🏻
