North Coast Village 1BD, Tropical Resort Amenities, Pool, Spa, Gym, and Golf

Perfect location. Our son was able to visit us from Camp Pendleton with a short drive. The view of the beach was perfect in the mornings while having coffee. The resort landscaping topped off the trip making it feel like we were some were tropical. The size of the apartment was perfect. Very clean and gave a feeling of being home but on vacation. Walks to the Oceanside pier were the highlight of the vacation. Walking to breakfast, seeing the Top Gun house all within walking distance.

We left a towel to dry on a chair on the balcony and the wind blew it up and it hung alittle on the balcony side, we got a note about it because it was against the rules. Please be careful because extremely picky about things like this at the resort. Understandable because things like that make the scenery for others not as good.

Beautiful aesthetic and the location to the beach was phenomenal.

Very confusing as to where to check in. The pool area needs to have an enforced curfew for quiet time.

Location was perfect, apartment very comfortable, roomy and well stocked. We had an immediate problem with the power to the modem and received a solution at 7am. Immediate response. The grounds are exquisite, the beach steps away and clean and empty, lovely large pool and spa for adults. All sorts of amenities including laundry facility. Town near with lots of dining options

The staff was curt and not really friendly. Not sure why so let that go

The grounds of this complex are absolutely gorgeous. The added bonus is the private beach near the property as well. Would stay here for the grounds but find a better unit. The beach and location are great.

This unit specifically is lacking. There was cracking paint and dings. Needs a fresh coat of paint. Cleanliness also left a lot to be desired. There were boogers on the walls, the toilet brush was dark brown and likely hasn’t been replaced in a very long time, upon arrival I did my own cleaning to feel comfortable. The furniture was also cheap and not sturdy. There are not enough silverware and dishes to avoid constantly running loads of dishes. The coffee table was very wobbly and the bed was way too large and hard to maneuver around for the space. The staff also asked for feedback but then was upset with what feedback was provided. Asked specifically to not have me post a review and did not try to offer any resolutions. There also seems to be mold and uncovered outlets that could be a safety hazard. We spent most of our time outside enjoying the grounds but if you’re looking for a more comfortable stay then updates are needed.
