Perfectly positioned between the Oceanside Harbor and Pier, you’re just steps from the sand and an easy walk to vibrant dining, coffee shops, live music, and the weekly Farmers Market.
The Space
This light-filled condo offers the perfect blend of comfort, style, and location:
- Primary Bedroom: King bed with en-suite bathroom (tub/shower combo)
- Second Bedroom: Queen bed + bunk beds with en-suite bathroom (tub/shower combo)
- Private Lower Balcony: White water ocean and pier views
- Expansive Rooftop Deck: Panoramic ocean views, ideal for morning coffee, sunset drinks, or lounging in the coastal breeze. Dine at the 6 person table or relax on the elevated rocking chairs.
The open-concept living area features beach-chic décor, a large flat-screen TV, and comfortable seating—perfect for relaxing after a day in the sun. The fully equipped kitchen makes it easy to cook at home, with a dining area that seats 4–6 for meals and game nights.

-Quite hours enforced from 10pm to 8am. Noise monitoring devices are in place to ensure a relaxing environment for all guests
-Minimum rental age: 25

-A security deposit may be required
-Cancellations within 60 days of arrival are non-refundable
