    Disappointing
    I have lfew positive things to say, but to be fair, the heating worked efficiently, the bathroom, towels and bed linen were clean, there is on site parking and a decent tv.
    The negatives outweigh the positives, I'm afraid. There are things the host cannot do anything about but should be noted: the flat is by a constantly busy dual carriageway, and there is a noisy neighbour who kept us awake shouting. To add, the front door to the buildibg is permanently unlocked, there is horrible stench in the hallway and it has a general rundown feel. However, the lack of cleanliness (apart from the bathroom), the stains on the chairs and sofa, the dirty plates, no tea towel or cleaning equipment ( even a cloth would have helped) have been noted before in reviews. In addition, there is now a hole in the laminate floor in the kitchen (not very H&S) and just to fiinish it off, soneone else's underwear and sock were left in the bedroom.

    Loved the apartment, recommend it at a fair price than other properties

    No fan provided, British weather can get hot too!! If you open the windows in the bedroom, noise from the road can cause disturbance. Fan is a must in summers.

    Spacious and clean. Well furnished & well equipped small kitchen. Fairly close to public transport.
    The property is spacious and clean. It is well furnished and has a well equipped small kitchen. Decent bathroom with great shower. It is relatively close to public transport - a 5 minute walk to the nearest bus stop. I would highly recommend it.
    The outside garbage bins had not been collected making garbage disposal a chore.
