Location was in a safe neighborhood with lots of food options and markets nearby, and there was a very nice kitchen available with appliances to cook food. The house also had very nice A/C units and water heaters that made the stay very comfortable, along with a big flat screen smart TV and Wi-Fi. The owners were also very helpful and flexible with keys and other accommodations.

Some more seating on the rooftop area would be a great addition.

Good location, and the apartment was perfect for us, very modern and spacious. The host was top notch - there was a temporary disruption to the water supply to the property (the water board had to fix a supply issue); the host was very apologetic (this was outside his control) and had 3 large water bottles delivered to us within a very short time. Bakeries close by, a supermarket around the corner, an ATM within 5 minutes walk, and a restaurant called Attha’s virtually next door, with a great selection of dishes - their 'double' portions are more than enough for 2 people. If you're wondering about the location - there are many Tuk Tuk's nearby, you can get one within 1-2 minutes, and they will take you across town for $2 or less. Taxis arrived typically in less than 5 minutes when booked through Uber. Internet: rock solid, fast (50Mbps+). Note that across Sri Lanka "unlimited" Internet can be limited in terms of Gigabytes, so talk to the host if you're downloading a lot or watching films online - he was happy to upgrade the capacity as needed.

A beautiful and comfortable apartment.
