Amazing location. Realty easy access to both airports and right in the heart of busy, bustling Osaka. Big comfy beds. Two bathrooms Adequate kitchen and facilities. The sound and light from the street did not bother us. It was much better than expected after reading other reviews. The host had supplied lots of ear plugs but we didn't need them. We are a family of 5 and it worked well for us.

No laundry detergent was frustrating. WiFi is terrible - worst we have had in Japan. Check in process was easy and well managed. We received a link with all the information. The key was in a key safe outside the property. For checkout we were supposed to replace the key in the key safe and take a photo. Unfortunately the check in info is no longer available at check out so you have to have remembered the code - which I hadn't. Made for a very stressful checkout, attempting to contact the host and ultimately leaving 30 mins late for the airport and leaving the flat unlocked with keys on the table. A simple checkout email with code information or keeping the check in page accessible would solve this.

Grandezza appartamento. Molto ampio perché noi eravamo solo in 2. Pulizia ottima. Nel complesso un 9/10 molto giusto ma se soggiornate dalle 2 alle 4 persone. Se siete in 6 lo sconsiglio perché l'appartamento a quel punto diventa troppo piccolo.

Peccato che non avessero i prodotti per fare la lavatrice. Non si può pensare che un cliente porti il detersivo dall'esterno. Purtroppo al mattino passa molta luce perché le tende non si chiudono bene. Wc normale e non il classico giapponese. Quindi senza lavaggio delle parti intime incluso.
