Location to tourist spots. Great space including outside balcony. Washing machine wasp great addition.

Location was close to subway/train. Has a washing machine in the room, with soap and hangers to put everything to dry. Elevator. Owner was easy to reach and fast to answer.
Not soundproof, you can hear the traffic and the neighbours. Don't shower while doing the laundry, hot/cold shower.
