Está limpio agradable y cuenta con todos los servicios, está súper cerca de todo, el transporte está a unas cuadras y es fácil moverse a cualquier lado de ahí.
La colchoneta está en el piso y si no estás acostumbrado al paso de unos días duele la espalda.

リフォームした中古ワンルームアパート。清潔にしようと努力はしている。401室（最上階）。セミダブル2、リネンは使用感あるがまあ清潔。匂いなし。電子レンジ、湯沸かし、歯ブラシ、プラコップ。使わなかったがご飯茶碗3、中平皿1、包丁フライ返しフライパン。台所洗剤とスポンジ。箱ティッシュ、洗濯済だが使用感あるタオル。虫、カビなどは感じなかった。隣室の声は少し響く。静かで早く寝てくれた模様。多分インバウンドで満室。夜、人通りは少なく静かだが、逆に女性は一人だと心細いかも。観光客は夜はどこでも出歩かない方がいいが。コンビニ近い。
よくないわけではなくて、完全セルフ。スタッフはいない。カギは掛かる。グラス、湯呑が無い。テレビあるが受信せず。問い合わせ電話はつながらず数時間後折り返しあり。日本語不安そうなスタッフ。スミマセンテレビは映らないそうですーとのことだが外出中にグラスを持って来てくれた（ドアの外に、今100均で買ったという感じで袋に綺麗に包んで置いてあった）。一人用シャワー室水圧あるが湯温は不安定 。値段から織り込み済みだから、よくないわけではない。
