The property is spacious and was immaculate on our arrival. The air con is very efficient and the rooms are all spacious and well equipped. The pool and garden area is amazing and the facilities for the family/kids is just awesome! The villa is a short walk to nearby supermarkets and a few bars/cafes with a good selection of food. The WiFi is good range through the whole property. All in all, cannot rate the villa highly enough, would definitely return! Karen was a wonderful host, very responsive to message and very patient when I had a number of enquiries! Thank you!
The only thing to mention is that the water is turned off (I believe to the whole urbanisation, not just specific to the villa) overnight between roughly 11pm-6am. This meant flushing toilets overnight etc not possible however was only a small inconvenience and we worked around this and it did not negatively impact our stay.

Own pool lots of space. All facilities play areas for children.. games room also very near supermarkets fantastic sunsets . Karen the Manager was exceptionally welcoming, helpful and easily contactable when we had a query. Thank you very much
The water is turned off after 12 midnight til 7 to the complete development area (not just villa) Would be an idea to advise holidaymakers prior to arrival of this rather than bither the brilluant manager Karen .. No mirrors in bedrooms on ground floor. Us ladies need mirrors!
