Large space, good communication. We enjoyed it.
The villa is amazing. Large spaces so the group could enjoy themselves without feeling cramped. We had shops very close by so we could do our shopping. Our host was very friendly and welcomed us warmly even though we arrived in the early hours of the morning. We will definitely be back, it's a shame it's already booked for Christmas.

Bad management and lacks maintenance.
The property is really spacious. The kitchen is huge and has entertainment amenities. It has many rooms and is comfortable. It has a nice pool but we visited during the winter and were not able to enjoy it. But by far what I liked the most was the orange trees in the backyard.
The property is huge and it certainly requires a lot of maintenance. As a result, many things didn’t work correctly or were broken. We understand now why they charged us 1,000 euros to my credit card as a deposit at check-in. I trusted that everything was in good conditions in the house when we checked-in. The billiard sticks were old, bent and out of shape. The PlayStation was not working. The air hockey is a safety hazard as it kept shocking the kids with electricity (we ended up disconnecting it and ordering the kids not to use it), most of the shutter curtains were stuck and could not be shut or opened. The master bedroom bathroom had a jacuzzi bathtub that could not be used. In general, the house is in very bad condition and it seems they fix stuff after each stay as they kept €100 of the deposit because allegedly something was broken. What is more disconcerting that they never contacted me to inform that they were keeping €100 to “fix” the strap of a shutter curtain. I had to inquire them after I noticed I did not receive the full amount of the deposit. Then they replied with a photo from an unidentified shutter strap, but failed to provide answers to my inquiries of which of the rooms
it happened. Also, for the size of this house it was disappointing to learn that they didn’t provide the basics for the kitchen (no sponge for washing the dishes, napkins or paper towels), minimal tablets for the dish washing, no coffee, sugar, salt.
In general, the property needs maintenance and appropriate management. I have stayed in many places and have never had this bad experience. They need to get their act together and provide a more amenable experience to their guests, that is, provide the appropriate maintenance to the property and provide better customer relations.
