Location great, clean and a safe base for Lego house

Good for a solo travel for a few days.

Overall very clean and the location was a little off the beaten track but not difficult to easily walk into town and see the Lego House. It's a quiet area overall which is nice and I felt safe overall.

I wasn't fully expecting to have to put the linens on the bed myself and they didn't fit exactly right. The pillows were a little lumpy but nothing that limited my sleep completely. The communication with the property management was a little confusing at times but I will say the check in video was helpful to find the key. The communication blips came from when I was offered a service to be picked up from the airport but after requesting was told that the property management already had plans yet there was no notice on the original notice stating it was limited availability. That was slightly disappointing.

Brilliant host, excellent accommodation and even better location.

First and foremost our host who collected us from the airport and also took us back for our return flight. The location was excellent, we couldn’t have asked for more, literally equidistant between Lego Land and Lego House. The supermarket was also a 5 min walk away and we were able to relax and cook in the apartment kitchen in the evenings, playing some of the games provided and watching some TV. We were worried before we came that we should have stretched our budget to stay at Lego Hotel or Lalandia, but we actually visited the Lego Hotel on our second day and decided we were so happy we made the choice of Casa Bricks 2, it was very good value for money and much easier to reach Lego House and Lego Campus.

A great base for a visit to the attractions of Billund.

Walking distance to Legoland and the Lego house. You can also get to a supermarket easily and the centre of Billund. Getting picked up from the airport was brilliant too! Thank you!

Lego world experience

Peter is a fantastic host, sending detailed information about the place and its surroundings. The apartment is cosy and has everything you need - it is quiet and clean. Legoland and Lego House are within the walking distance of the apartment.

Nice location, but in our opinion not suitable for 4 people. We cannot recommend it.

The kitchen equipment is generally fine. The absence of a microwave is inconvenient. A positive aspect is the size of the refrigerator and the freezer compartment. The location near the park (football, children’s playground, and more) is excellent. There are many opportunities for sports activities there. Additionally, the park offers a pleasant walking path to Legoland. The proximity to two supermarkets is also a big plus.

Despite multiple notifications (both via the Smoobu portal and in person), there were no duvet covers provided. In the bedroom, the bed—which is actually a couch with a thin mattress topper of about 8 cm—had a yellow stain directly on the mattress. Over the course of the days, this stain became visible through the sheet, which could only be loosely placed on the mattress. This sheet was uncomfortable during sleep, as it shifted constantly due to the movements of the person sleeping on it. The available space on this couch is inadequate for two adults. Sleeping on the couch in the living room was not significantly more comfortable. Since our children (aged 13 and 14) slept there, the space situation was better (as they are smaller than adults). It should also be noted that there is no external shading. When the sun shines, the apartment heats up considerably. There were frequent internet outages. A test using the "RTR Netztest" app showed the following results: Download 1.9 Mbit/s, Upload 1.3 Mbit/s, Ping 933 ms. As for communication: as already mentioned, the host did not respond to problems at all. Furthermore, he failed to acknowledge that we had departed one day early (despite us informing him of this in writing). The following day, he messaged us asking by what time we would vacate the apartment. In addition, he offered us airport transfers even though he knew we had arrived by private car from Austria (this isn’t a major issue for us, as we assume this is an automated message sent to all guests—it merely illustrates that he largely ignored the details of our stay). A microwave would be a helpful addition, as the oven takes a relatively long time to heat up. Small items such as toilet paper, baking paper, etc., we purchased ourselves and left behind in the apartment. The noise from Billund Airport is very loud. You can clearly see the airplanes without binoculars.

It was clean and had lots of room for the 2 of us. It’s a 25 minute walk to Legoland but if you had a car it would be perfect.

Great place, awesome host, really good for families

We initially booked another place, but once we arrived, the owner said that the place was not available. However, the owner quickly gave us a replacement apartment, driving our family to this property. We were able to sort this situation quickly, as the host is very polite and understandable, and really cares for the well being of the guests. The apartment was clean and very cosy. Legoland, Lalandia and other cool Billund places were very close. The bed was comfy and so was the couch. There is also a shared washing machine and dryer, both of which worked really well.

Die Lage ist super, kurze Wege zum einkaufen, tanken, lalandia, legoland usw. Die Ausstattung ist super, es war alles da was man so braucht um sich selbst zu versorgen. Im Schrank stand sogar noch Kaffee :)

Wünschenswert wäre ein Nachttisch/ ein Regal/Ablagemöglichkeiten in der Schlafstube. Zudem fehlt eine Nachttischlampe. Auch im Wohnzimmer fehlt eine kleine Lampe/stehlampe für gemütliches Licht. Entweder man sitzt in Dunkelheit oder mit Deckenlicht.

Bardzo miły weekendowy pobyt.

Obiekt położony jest niedaleko wszystkich atrakcje. Wszędzie chodziliśmy na nogach. Legoland, Lego House. Sklepy również nie daleko, Netto i Rema. Sam obiekt dobrze wyposażony. Bardzo przyjemne miejsce. Bardzo dobry kontakt z właścicielem.

Un allotjament fantàstic per visitar Billund

Apartament molt acollifor, molt net i amb una atenció excepcional. El primer dia el maps no ens ubicava bé l’allotjament, i en Peter va venir expressament per indicar-nos on era. I l’últim dia, no només ens va permetre un late check out, sinó que com que plovia i anava amb les nenes, ens va apropar amb el seu propi cotxe fins a LegoHouse. Molt agraïdes!

La posizione, che permette di raggiungere a piedi sia la Lego House sia Legoland (quest'ultimo dopo una bella passeggiata nel bosco periurbano).
