It’s a nice apartment, easy to find, near the station, and goes with affordable price
Some people might find futon too thin. The area around is sketchy, though I did not experienced anything bad. No microwave

Very clean apartment, has almost all the amenities, spacious for a Japanese apartment, and gives you a great feel for what it’s like to live in a Japanese apartment.
Location is very close to the train stations and subways but isn’t the cleanest area of Osaka. The tatami mat and futon was difficult to sleep on as the futon was a bit too thin to have a comfortable sleep. No TV makes it so you have to use you phone for daily news and weather.

The location is right next to a small train station and is a very small walk to the shin-inamiya station which leads to most other points of interest in Osaka. We found the position to be a very walkable location, close to shinsekai, nipponbashi and namba.
The apartment has good facilities and self checkin and out were all very easy.
The futtons are a little uncomfortable on the back if you are used to sleeping on a mattress.
The area around the apartment feels dodgey due to the large number of homeless people in the area.
I would not recommend single women stay here as my fiance witnessed a woman get gropped in the street by a combini near the apartment.
