Very clean, spatious enough for 2 people, convenient location, easy check-in and check-out, and helpful host.
If i had to nitpick, the pillows were a bit flat, but overall, we truly enjoyed our stay. The location is vibrant and convenient but perhaps not the best for families.

Really good smell at the room, all the needed items (shampoo etc) included, also, yes, there were homeless, but they didn't bother at all, just coexisting. The room is way bigger than at the photos. Also, washing machine!!! And the owner let us stay one more day because of our mistake. Definitely would stay here again, if we will be in Osaka again
Futons were too thin and our thighs and back was aching after sleep, but because there were only two of us, we put third futon under ours and it solve our problem!
